Cancellation and refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for unused time, early cancellation or a change of mind. You can cancel a Rateam8 Pro subscription anytime through your Apple Account or Google Play account to stop future renewals; deleting the app or your Rateam8 account does not cancel a store subscription. Paid access continues through the paid period.

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to Apple's or Google's refund processes and decisions. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable Indian consumer law.

To request an Apple refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, use your Google Play order history. For help locating a purchase, contact sundaytechventures@gmail.com.
