Terms of use

These terms are between you and SundayTech Private Limited. By creating an account or using Rateam8 you agree to them. You must be 18 or older.
Community rules - zero tolerance
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post or add:
- harassment, bullying, hate, threats, or anything encouraging self-harm;
- private information (phone numbers, addresses, ID numbers) or intimate content;
- impersonation, fake profiles, or profiles of anyone under 18;
- spam, scams, paid or coordinated fake ratings;
- anything unlawful or defamatory.
We filter content, act on reports within 24 hours (4 hours for harassment, threats and private info), remove violating content and ban users who break these rules. You can report any profile or rating and block any user in the app.
Your content
You are responsible for what you post. You give us a licence to host and show it in Rateam8 and on share links. Honest criticism is allowed; you can delete your own ratings at any time.
Scores and money
No one can pay to change a score or remove legitimate criticism. Paid Spotlight and Boost only change visibility and are always labelled.
Rateam8 Pro subscription
Using Rateam8 requires a Rateam8 Pro subscription: US$14.99 per month or US$49.99 per year in the US, and ₹1,499 per month or ₹4,999 per year in India (final local prices are shown by your app store). Eligible new subscribers may get a 1-week free trial; if you cancel before it ends you are not charged. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your Rateam8 account does not cancel a store subscription.
Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google under their terms, including refunds. The Apple Standard EULA also applies to the iOS app.
Cancellation and refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for unused time, early cancellation or a change of mind. You can cancel a Rateam8 Pro subscription anytime through your Apple Account or Google Play account to stop future renewals; deleting the app or your Rateam8 account does not cancel a store subscription. Paid access continues through the paid period. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to Apple's or Google's refund processes and decisions. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable Indian consumer law.
To request an Apple refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, use your Google Play order history. For help locating a purchase, contact sundaytechventures@gmail.com.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.
